Intern

Major accountabilities:

• Analyze state health systems and various payor systems in country for their readiness towards inclusion of innovative high value therapies
• Evaluate various outcome metrics that could be proposed for product in their respective therapy area 
• Benchmark various outcome-based models that Novartis and competitors have deployed in region/global markets in cardiology oncology and rare disease portfolio 
• Design strategic/tactical access plan to enable access to innovative therapies aligned to current and future product portfolio
• Develop & curate value communication and technical proposal for Novartis product portfolio that enable inclusion into various payor ecosystems through outcome-based model

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in health, life sciences, pharmaceutical science with proficiency in quantitative and analytical skills
• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Public Health or other related disciplines
• Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries, management consulting.
• Prior knowledge of or experience with public or private partners within the global health ecosystem

  Skills:

• Exceptional analytical (qualitative and quantitative), problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to draft value dossiers and proposals for partnership & product inclusion
• Ability to collaborate remotely with team members spread across country
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
