Summary
Strategic LDC role supporting the FRA S2P area, working closely with Adopt LDC team, Functional Leads, and NOCC experts across countries and above-country teams.
This role serves as the LACAN functional representative, reporting directly to the Procurement Functional Lead, and supports country teams by identifying and coordinating country-specific requirements needed for LDC implementation.

About the Role
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure consistent implementation of LACAN LDC (Lean Digital Core) within the S2P (Source to Pay) domain.
- Gather and validate LACAN S2P country requirements and ensure they are delivered through the LDC program.
- Serve as the main contact between the LDC Procurement ADOPT team and country S2P experts, ensuring local topics are captured, prioritized, and aligned with the LDC model.
- Support the transition from the current landscape to the target LDC S2P solution by contributing to data migration and mapping, coordinating test execution, and supporting communications and change management across the S2P process.
- Track and coordinate local dependencies and parallel initiatives that may affect LDC LACAN S2P, working with global project owners to identify risks and define mitigation actions.
- Engage stakeholders on both functional and implementation deliverables; facilitate UAT and readiness activities to ensure local alignment and deployment readiness, fostering collaboration between Business and Functional experts.
Education & Qualification
- Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
- Operational Experience: 6-8 years in-depth functional & process expertise in S2P / AP Process.
- Strong people management skills
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand business priorities.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated track record in stakeholder engagement, training, and effective presentation skills.
- Ability to work across a multi-functional working environment and/or experience partnering in a global environment across multiple time zones.
- Requires strong attention to detail and analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken. Portugues skills is a plus.
