About the Role
~ 在地方一级实施全球类别战略或实施责任领域的采购业务计划;直接在站点级别部署全局类别策略。
~ 监督子类别的采购计划的实施，在参与目标设定流程后交付子类别节约目标。
~ 提供对总体类别细分和关键供应商关系识别的意见，或可能根据本地供应商的选择、时间安排和商业条件直接控制采购（可能因控制支出的方式而异）。
~ 管理战略子类别供应商关系，为子类别实施一致的关键绩效指标，并报告供应商的绩效。
~ 收集来自部门、国家/地区、站点、类别团队和业务合作伙伴的供应商信息和反馈，并提供相关子类别的采购平衡记分卡指标。
~ 创建、应用、完成和审查子类别的主要合同，并确保为子类别区域明确传达已协商的合同，并确保这些合同得到一致应用。
~ 管理战略子类别供应商关系，为子类别实施一致的关键绩效指标，确保及时解决任何供应商绩效风险和问题，使最终用户满意。

~ 收到后 24 小时内报告与诺华产品相关的技术投诉/不良事件/特殊情况
