Eden possesses more than 25 years of broad global experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, including 4 prior years with Novartis headquarters in Basel. Her career has spanned clinical operations, marketing, insights, analytics and forecasting, patient services, free drug foundations and field leadership.
Prior to leading IDS, Eden served as Chief Patient Experience Officer, establishing Novartis Patient Support to enable treatment access and adherence for patients prescribed Novartis medicines. As the leader of NPS, Eden led an innovative approach to bringing tech-forward partnerships together in service of patients, enabling Novartis to take a leadership position on access and reimbursement support to patients, while delivering superior experiences with Novartis-built and operated consumer technology, data and design at scale.
Eden has a track record for growing and developing next-generation leaders across the industry. She is uniquely skilled in identifying new opportunities and creating teams that become force-multipliers capable of unlocking their collective power.
Eden spent 14 years at Genentech and Roche, with leadership roles in Oncology, Rheumatology and Respiratory across teams such as Competitive Intelligence, Forecasting and Analytics, Patient Support, Technology and Field Leadership before joining Novartis.
Eden attended Brigham Young University and holds degrees in microbiology and biochemistry.
