About the Role

Who We’re Hiring We welcome applications across multiple engineering disciplines and seniority levels, including:

  • Process, Manufacturing, and Production Engineers
  • Automation Engineers
  • Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities, and Facilities Engineers

What You’ll Do (depending on the role)

  • Optimize and scale GMP manufacturing processes to ensure reliable, high-quality supply
  • Drive automation and digitalization projects (e.g., MES, DCS/PLC, data analytics) to enhance performance and compliance
  • Lead validation and qualification activities for equipment, systems, and processes
  • Improve reliability and efficiency of utilities and production assets with robust engineering solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on tech transfers, process improvements, and new product introductions
  • Champion safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement across our sites

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in engineering or a related technical field (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Biomedical)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, or other regulated manufacturing is a plus
  • Practical knowledge of GMP, validation, and automation systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for operational excellence
  • Clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in English; local languages (German, Slovenian) are beneficial depending on site

  • Slovenia: Growing operations with opportunities in validation, tech transfer, automation, and digitalization
  • Switzerland: Global hub for advanced manufacturing, quality, and technical leadership
