About the Role
Your key responsibilities will include
In a highly automated laboratory environment, you would plan, perform and document small scale experiments
Characterize products with wet chemistry, solid state analytical methods and non-GMP particle sizing.
Document experimental procedure and observations and provide raw data evaluation and interpretation of routine analytical results.
Optimize existing methods and procedures, reproduce and follow published and established methods
Operate / utilize special equipment in the area of screening, lab automation, scale-up technologies and online analytics
Schedule and perform routine maintenance of instruments/equipment as a key user
Ideal requirements
Laboratory Technician or University Graduate with experience or equivalent technical/academic educational background (e.g. Laborant/in, Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe/-login, Bachelor/Masters education) in an appropriate field (e.g. Analytics, Chemistry, Formulation, Materials Science)
Experience in small scale material handling, screening and solid processing technologies
Knowledge in wet chemistry (e.g. HPLC/UPLC, GC) and powder characterization analytics (e.g. XRPD, DSC, TGA, DVS, rheology etc.)
Deep understanding of HSE requirements and safe and conscious work in laboratory environment
Excellent planning skills and structured way of working
You are an agile and flexible personality accustomed to working in a highly dynamic environment, can work with a strong sense of urgency and with a high customer focus
Knowledge in Data and Digital aspects desirable
Languages: English (plus German desirable)
