About the Role:
We are seeking an Excellence Specialist who exhibits exceptional work behaviors to join our team in Bogotá. As an Excellence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting critical processes related to value transfer and medical sample management with third parties. Your dedication to flawless execution and attention to detail will ensure the successful implementation of these processes, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Determine and strictly adhere to value transfer processes and guidelines
- Work closely with colleagues both within and outside the organization to effectively implement procedures for managing medical samples.
- Generate accurate and timely reports on value transfer activities
- Communicate effectively with the leadership team to provide insights and recommendations
- Provide indirect leadership to cross-functional teams involved in sample value transfer
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proven expertise in value transfer and medical sample management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with advanced English proficiency
- Resilience and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Experience in partner negotiations and effective internal conversations
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
