About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for iMEX touchpoints and workshops, including scheduling, room bookings, hybrid setup, and onsite readiness (AV checks, seating layouts, equipment).
- Set up and manage hybrid collaboration tools (Miro/Mural/Teams whiteboards), ensuring a seamless digital–in‑person experience and troubleshooting basic tech issues during sessions.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials by compiling pre‑reads, agendas, and briefing documents, maintaining structured folders in SharePoint/Teams, and tracking follow‑ups and action items.
- Provide operational support by maintaining calendars, trackers, and documentation (playbooks, templates, SOPs), and conducting small research or benchmarking activities.
- Collaborate with Medical Excellence, Medical Science Managers, and cross‑functional partners to support governance meetings, prepare materials, and ensure alignment and consistency across markets.
- AI capability mapping & enablement: Inventory and continuously update the organization’s internal AI tools and platforms; assess use cases, adoption; and translate capabilities into practical workflows for teams.
- Inventory and map the data sources available for HCP discovery and engagement (e.g., CRM interactions, congress rosters/abstracts, publications, advisory boards, digital footprints).
- AI strategy & solution scouting: Identify, evaluate, and pilot AI solutions (internal and external) that advance our strategies to shape healthcare, ensuring clear alignment with company priorities, compliance, governance, and measurable business impact.
- Cross-functional alignment: Partner with business, medical, data/IT, legal, and compliance stakeholders to prioritize AI initiatives, define requirements, and drive implementation and change management.
Essential Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (Life Sciences, Business, Communications, or related fields).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with digital collaboration tools (Teams, online whiteboards, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Language & Level : French basic – English advanced.
