About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Novalytics Project by collecting and documenting business requirements, and designing data models, datasets, and reporting structures to support dashboards, analytics, and recurring business reports.
  • Design, develop, modify, and maintain database and business intelligence solutions to improve reporting performance, visual design, usability, and data refresh efficiency related to the Novalytics project.
  • Launch SCM Planning Playbook through analyzing data using database management and BI tools to validate data accuracy, perform trend analysis, and generate actionable insights for sales, planning, and management reviews.
  • Develop and implement data standards, documentation, and best practices to streamline data preparation, validation, governance, and recurring report generation for the Planning Playbook
  • Provide analytical and technical support for SCM enterprise system and analytics tool rollouts, including data readiness, user training support, deployment tracking, and post-implementation analysis for Novalytics and Planning Playbook.


Essential Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program (Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field)
  • Power BI dashboard development & DAX: building and maintaining interactive reports, creating measures/calculations, and optimizing models for performance.
  • Advanced Excel analytics: PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas, and clean/structured workbook design.
  • Supply chain analytics fundamentals: understanding common Supply Chain KPIs and using data to identify root causes and opportunities.
  • Improvement project execution & stakeholder communication: scoping work, managing priorities/timelines, translating business questions into analyses, and presenting clear insights/recommendations to non-technical partners
  • Language & level: French - advanced and English - advanced.
