Rob utilizes deep analytical insights and a patient-first approach to find solutions that remove friction and drive breadth, depth, and speed of patient access. He is a thought leader, change agent, and adept communicator who relishes the opportunity to engage complexity, influence change, and advance market access strategies for the long-term growth of Novartis in the United States.
Rob is well known and respected across the pharmaceutical industry for building, developing, and leading high-performing teams through transformative environments using a data-driven approach with a specific focus on integrity, efficiency, and profitability.

Since joining Novartis in 2006, Rob has held leadership roles across different departments, driven by the pursuit of ensuring patients can access Novartis medicines. With expertise in negotiating, contracting, and gross-to-net management, he has positively impacted the areas of portfolio strategy, therapeutic and product strategy, commercial access integration, account management and pricing, channel strategy, and government and regional markets.
Rob is proud to call New Jersey his home and, when not at work, he cherishes spending time with his wife and three daughters.
