As Chief Market Access & Patient Experience Officer for Novartis US, Rob Rubinsky and his team focus on improving how patients access, start, and stay on treatment by advancing innovative access strategies and strengthening Novartis’ patient support capabilities. They work closely with external payers and providers to reduce barriers to care, navigate complexity, and improve outcomes for patients.

Since joining Novartis in 2006, Rob has held leadership roles across different departments, driven by the pursuit of ensuring patients can access Novartis medicines. With expertise in negotiating, contracting, and gross-to-net management, he has positively impacted the areas of portfolio strategy, therapeutic and product strategy, commercial access integration, account management and pricing, channel strategy, and government and regional markets. He joined the Novartis US Leadership Team in 2024 as Chief Market Access Officer and in 2026 his role expanded to include oversight of the Patient Support teams and capabilities).
