About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic market access initiatives for a priority launch asset by conducting research and contributing to planning that accelerates patient access (5 points)
  • Develop payor value proposition materials for public and private payors that communicate the clinical, economic, and patient value of the asset (5 points)
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and pricing research to benchmark competitor strategies and inform internal decision making (5 points)
  • Perform environmental scans of private payors, CDA-AMC, and INESSS to track policy changes and emerging trends that impact access planning (5 points)
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings by taking minutes, supporting KPI tracking, and supporting presentations to leadership (5 points).

Essential Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program at a Canadian university (e.g., Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, Public Health)
  • Strong research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information and present findings clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience in market access is an asset

Annual base salary: 48,750 or 58,500
