About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
- Possess an understanding in IT risk, information, and cybersecurity frameworks / regulations (COSO, COBIT, ISO, NIST, GDPR, NIS2, SOX404, 21 CFR Part 11 etc.)
- Awareness regarding emerging technology (AI/GenAI, OT, mobile, cloud)
- Training and compliance tool exposure for reporting and training content preparation (e.g., ServiceNow, Camtasia, Colossyan or easygenerator)
- Design, develop, assign, and maintain global training curricula for compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with metrics design, reporting, and visualization (Power BI, Excel; scripting a plus to analyse data, build executive-ready dashboards, and drive actionable insight).
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-4 years of industry or consulting experience in trainings, tools and project management (data analytics, dashboards, presentations etc.)
- Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and work collaboratively.
