Understand brand(s) strategy and identify business growth opportunity, and execution plan to ensure business partners’ promotional plan is fully aligned with NVS brands strategy, based on in-depth understanding of market dynamic and insight from marketing research in emerging market hospital channel.

About the Role

  • Well understand NVS brands strategy, and ensure business partners’ promotional plan are aligned with NVS brand strategy
  • Well understand the behaviors, perceptions and motivations of grass-root hospital HPCs and the patient journey to establish national and unified academic platform to raise NVS brands’ SOV in emerging market.
  • Review & approve business partner’s promotion materials
  • Effective internal (sales force/BU teams/cross-function/etc.) and external communication skills (KOLs /HCPs/academic institution/industry association) to integrate marketing resources via closely cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead and assist multiple forms of training and workshop via excellent presentation skills
