-Supports assigned sales managers during all field force administration phases (field force design and resource allocation, territory design, sales target/call plan setting, performance evaluation and monitoring etc.) providing insightful and value-added analysis, reliable KPIs and precise numbers.

About the Role

JTBD:

  • Release regular data analytic report to leadership
  • Conduct ad-hoc cross-TA or cross-Omni Channel Engagement analysis based on multiple data sources to generate insight leadership teams and OCE product owners
  • Conduct business diagnosis and generate insight based on both internal and external performance and behavior data.
  • PMO of cross-TA or cross-Omni Channel Engagement strategic initiatives, such as digital content effectiveness enhancement, roll-out innovative working tool to empower FF/Marketing etc.
  • Participate in company level projects on behalf of ACE as team members and provide analytical expertise

Education: Business/engineering/scientific education, Bachelor and above   

Languages: Chinese native speaker. Fluent in both written and oral English

Key Experience & Success Profile:

  • More than 3 years’ experience in analytical position in healthcare industry. Proven capability in down-to-ground modelling and advanced analytics.
  • Better to have consulting experience from consulting firms.
  • Excellent project management skills and solid hypothesis driven analytical and storytelling capability.
  • Good at communicating & coordinating across x-functional teams, across internal & external key stakeholders
  • Curious, customer focused, result-driven, agile to business change, and long-termism
