Responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand marketing plans, ensuring impactful promotional campaigns, multichannel engagement initiatives, and events targeting healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. This role requires strong expertise in specialty and high-cost pharmaceutical markets, with a focus on complex therapies rather than retail segments. The JR Product Manager will oversee congresses, promotional materials, and agency partnerships, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Additionally, the position involves market analysis, budget management, and field force engagement, leveraging indirect leadership and influence to align cross-functional teams and deliver exceptional brand performance.

Major Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical brand plans.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, multichannel engagement initiatives, and events for healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Manage national and international congresses and large-scale events.
  • Coordinate production of promotional materials and field force training programs.
  • Collect and analyze market and competitive data, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and internal teams (Regulatory, Sales, Digital, Legal).
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Contribute to brand budget planning and control.
  • Lead indirectly and influence internal stakeholders, including field force and district managers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Strategic Plan Execution: Percentage of initiatives delivered on time.
  • Multichannel Engagement: Participation rate in campaigns and events.
  • Brand Performance: Market share growth and sales indicators.
  • Compliance: Zero non-conformities in internal audits.
  • Budget Efficiency: Adherence to planned budget.
  • Training & Materials Quality: Positive feedback from field force (>90% satisfaction).

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Pharmacy, or related fields.

Professional Experience:

  • Previous experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Preferred: Experience in product launches and/or rare disease markets.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proactivity, organizational skills, and sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication and results-oriented mindset.
  • Data analysis skills (IQVIA, Close-Up).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.

Languages:

  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking for global stakeholder interaction).
