About the Role
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deploy distribution channel management strategy for key stakeholders (SSFs, WS, Partners, Private pharmacies, Hospitals, Private Clinics).
- Ensure patients' access to NVS medicines through optimized distribution channels.
- Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including associations of pharmacies, wholesalers, EOF, and other relevant organizations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous growth and professional development.
- Leverage digital assets to support patients' journey and increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement commercial operational strategies with a strong emphasis on patient access to therapies and achieving business goals.
- Establish close cooperation with Channel Management Europe and build trust and transparency.
- Support the company’s top-line targets through operational excellence and effective project coordination.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards throughout operations.
- Explore commercial opportunities to maintain or drive in-market growth of mature products.
- Enhance Novartis culture and values within the team, leading with integrity and responsibility.
Job requirements:
- University degree in Business, Economics or Science; MBA or MSc in Supply Chain Management will be an asset.
- Excellent command of English language
- >7 years experience in multinational environment, preferably related to healthcare. Significant record of managing processes related to Trade, SCM etc.
