About the Role
Key responsibilities
- Lead brand lifecycle management, ensuring long-term strategic positioning and sustainable growth in the Brazilian pharmaceutical market.
- Generate high-quality, timely market insights (patients, healthcare professionals, payers, competitors) and translate them into clear strategy, priorities, and tactical plans.
- Identify and prioritize attractive market segments and target audiences; define positioning, value proposition, and promotional approach versus competitors.
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, including rolling forecasts and monthly secondary sales plans aligned with strategic goals and financial targets.
- Design and implement omnichannel plans (campaigns, action plans, media plans), ensuring strong execution, measurement, and continuous optimization.
- Analyze sociodemographic and behavioral insights to understand unmet needs, treatment journeys, and drivers of adoption for strategic products.
- Plan and deliver events and educational initiatives with cross-functional partners, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance.
- Drive excellence in execution by defining processes and KPIs, tracking performance, and reporting progress and insights to stakeholders regularly.
Essential requirements
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without formal authority.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or closely related healthcare markets.
- Strong background in brand marketing and or digital marketing with measurable business impact.
- Solid knowledge of the public Brazilian healthcare ecosystem, including key stakeholders, processes, and market dynamics.
- Strategic thinking, strong business mindset, and ability to connect insights to execution.
- Advanced Portuguese and English.
