Summary

The Head Client Partnering, PTDI is a strategic leadership role within the People Technology Data and Insights team in P&O. This role is responsible for leading a team of customer partners who serve as the primary interface between the PTD&I team, customers, and key partners across the organization. The Head Client Partnering, PTDI is responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with customers and team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and effective coordination of P&O technology and Insights needs. The role is also responsible for driving innovation and digital transformation across all P&O related services and ensuring consistency and effectiveness in delivery. Additionally, the Head Client Partnering, PTDI is responsible for co-creating the PTDI roadmap with the leadership team, bringing customer needs and perspectives to the table. Furthermore, the role is responsible for collaborating with solution leads to ensure that their services align with customer needs and market trends. Also, the Head Client Partnering is responsible for eliminating silos between the customer partners and participating in strategic resourcing and planning discussions to ensure the proper allocation of resources. Additionally, they must stay up-to-date with external trends and market knowledge to ensure that PTD&I services are innovative, forward-thinking and provide an outstanding customer experience. The role is focused on advocating for customers and providing guidance on the best use of PTD&I services to drive innovation and continuous improvement in their service.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

Strategic Customer Partnership

Develop and implement a client partnership strategy that ensures a strong partnership with key customers and partners (e.g. CoEs, BUs, DDIT, PS&T, etc.)

Co-create the PTDI roadmap with the leadership team, bringing customer needs and perspectives to the table.

Lead the PTD&I client partner team in providing clear direction and a strategic vision for the development of strong partnerships and alignment with business and P&O objectives.

Evaluate customer needs and provide strategic advice and expertise on the latest trends in PTD&I, technology, data insights, and people analytics.

Give input on the development of customer-centric solutions that align with business and P&O objectives and ensure effective delivery and implementation across the organization

Collaboration and Alignment

Lead the PTD&I client partner team in providing clear direction and strategic vision for developing strong partnerships and alignment with business objectives.

Transparent and clear communication of PTDI and P&O roadmap, available solutions and external trends and insights.

Collaborate with key partners to ensure effective coordination and integration between the PTD&I client partner team and other relevant teams in the organization.

Participate in strategic resourcing and planning discussions with solution leads to ensure the proper allocation of resources.

Work with solution leads to ensure effective delivery and implementation of PTD&I solutions.

Advocate for customers and ensure that PTD&I services meet their needs and provide value to the business.

Service Optimization

Apply customer insights to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous innovation in PTDI services.

Ensure consistency and effectiveness in delivering PTD&I services across all customer segments.

Stay up-to-date with external trends and market knowledge to provide strategic advice and expertise on current trends in PTD&I, technology, data insights, and people analytics to ensure that customer needs are met effectively

Lead successful teams to achieve superior results in a motivating work environment

Create an inspiring purpose and direction of the team connected to impact of P&O on the Organization, our business and P&O strategy

Set goals, actively coach, and conduct performance discussions with direct reports with feedback from GPOs or other partners

Provide development opportunities within the team, from other areas into this Organization and to move into roles outside of this team

Identify and resolve resource issues

Key Requirements:

Master or equivalent experience in Business (MBA) or Informational Studies. Doctoral in Statistics or Data sciences;                                                     

Proven experience in broader P&O Transformational environment

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer partnership strategies that result in strong partnerships and alignment with business objectives.

P&O experience, preferably in different type of P&O roles

Consistent track record of P&O leadership and management

Experience at both global/ corporate environment and in-country

Track record of success in leading in a matrix environment.  Shown ability to lead and coach people

Ability to handle large scale programs

Strong curiosity and ability to drive innovation

Strong interpersonal skills for bridging P&O technical and business customers

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
