Project Name: Novartis Re-imagining Care Pathways Collaborative Working Project (“NRCP CWP”) Molecular Radiotherapy, University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust

Project Summary: 

This Collaborative Working Project between University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW) and Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK Limited was undertaken to provide pathway mapping support to NHS healthcare and service teams. It is aimed to support identification of potential inefficiencies, bottlenecks and challenges within the existing service pathway, to inform local consideration of opportunities to improve service effectiveness and patient experience.

The project is to be delivered through a structured programme of up to ten, one-to-one stakeholder interviews, a multi-disciplinary pathway mapping workshop, and a feedback consultation, engaging NHS professionals involved in service delivery and coordination. These activities enabled mapping of the current pathway and identification of thematic areas relevant to service delivery.

The outputs are intended to support UHCW’s own planning, discussion, and prioritisation and do not constitute recommendations or implementation plans.
