Project Name: Novartis Re-imagining Care Pathways Collaborative Working Project ("NRCP CWP") Early Breast Cancer Service – Surrey

Project Summary:

The Novartis Re-imagining Care Pathways Collaborative Working Project (NRCP CWP) comprises a series of workshops, with the aim of providing pathway mapping support to the CW Partner (healthcare and service teams) to improve efficiency and service effectiveness for the benefit of patient care and address local challenges in the delivery of patient care. The programme facilitates area teams (Trust or ICS) to identify areas for efficiency within their Early Breast Cancer (eBC) service for prioritisation. The objective of the CWP is to map the Early Breast Cancer (eBC) pathway between primary surgery and secondary treatments across the Surrey breast cancer network.
The CWP will identify gaps and/or challenges in the eBC pathway which may be impacting performance and provide recommendations to optimise and future-proof services across Surrey. The project is facilitated by a Novartis Access Field Coordinator (AFC).
