Summary

Contributes to pharmacovigilance process, metrics and operations activities in routine tasks and/or other PS&PV initiatives.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Contribute to the evaluation of PV regulations
  • Support functional projects/use cases of simplification & automation contributing to ideation, prototype preparation & MVP delivery.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and communications for Novartis group and third party associates.
  • Work in collaboration with the functional stakeholder to produce reports, project documentation & project management activities.
  • Preparing draft reports / presentations on assigned projects.

Key performance indicators:

  • Successful completion of assigned tasks
  • Quality and timeliness of deliverables

Minimum Requirements:

Experience/Professional requirement:  

  • Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly pharmacovigilance
  • Experience of working with project teams in a matrix environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good organizational skills.

Languages :

  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages desirable.
