About the Role
Location: Istanbul Kurtköy, Turkey #Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation, maintenance, and optimization of raw material strategies (evaluation, handling, sourcing and characterization) as well as coordination of raw material initiatives and investigations
Establishing suitable specifications in control regulations for raw material control and release
Coordination of raw material issues during project transfers to ensure material availability and quality for the production of biopharmaceutical products
Supporting the concept definition and implementation of CMA (Critical Material Attribute) identification
Working on the raw material-related documentation landscape (development manuals, SOPs, etc.) to improve the traceability of raw materials and raw material handling
Essential Requirements:
Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Process Engineering or Biotechnology
Professional experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (preferably in technical development or biopharmaceutical manufacturing)
Fluent in English / Good (oral and written)
Basics in German (oral and written)
Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a team and organizational talent
