About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, define, and implement KPIs across Supply Chain Management and Customer Operations to drive performance tracking and continuous improvement.
- Optimize the end-to-end sales order delivery process in terms of time, cost, and service level, while driving synergies among suppliers and logistics partners.
- Participate in Lean Warehouse & Distribution initiatives within the CPO to achieve a best-in-class secondary W&D operation.
- Ensure timely processing and shipment of sales orders by coordinating with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Trade, etc.) and prioritizing shipments based on commercial needs.
- Assist with environmental sustainability initiatives and support business continuity planning to ensure operational resilience.
Essential Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, with advanced Excel skills.
- Currently enrolled in a university program (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field).
- Previous experience or exposure to Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, or Distribution.
- Strong communication skills, proactive team-oriented mindset, and ability to manage time-sensitive issues, high workload periods, and project-based initiatives.
