About the Role
- Well understand NVS brands strategy, and ensure business partners’ promotional plan are aligned with NVS brand strategy
- Well understand the behaviors, perceptions and motivations of grass-root hospital HPCs and the patient journey to establish national and unified academic platform to raise NVS brands’ SOV in emerging market.
- Review & approve business partner’s promotion materials
- Effective internal (sales force/BU teams/cross-function/etc.) and external communication skills (KOLs /HCPs/academic institution/industry association) to integrate marketing resources via closely cross-functional collaboration
- Lead and assist multiple forms of training and workshop via excellent presentation skills
