About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Brand–Data Science Interface: Act as the primary bridge between Brand teams and Data Scientists— Define problem statements, refine requirements, prioritize hypotheses, translate technical outputs into recommendations, and drive adoption.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning
- Insight Generation: Generate and synthesize insights from internal and external data sources to identify opportunities and risks.
- Data-driven strategic decision support: Provide data-based insight or recommendations to influence brand strategy, resource allocation, and performance optimization.

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Statistics or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in insights, analytics, commercial excellence or marketing roles within a matrixed environment (pharma/healthcare preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with primary/secondary market research, analysis projects or strategic brand planning that influence senior stakeholders and brand decisions.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing complex datasets and delivering clear, actionable insights through structured presentations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Project management with ability to work collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in excel, PowerPoint, data visualization and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Languages:
- Native level of Korean
- Business proficiency in English.
