Summary
- This leader will ensure that a robust and agile Strategic Business Partner organization is in place to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions and to enable [Business Division/Function] strategy.
- As a member of the [Function] leadership team this leader will ensure the delivery of the DDIT services and DDIT strategy to support the global and local priorities. This leader establishes and maintains a true Enterprise / One Novartis mindset and effective coordination of effort across the DDIT domains.
- Acts as the Functional Product Family Lead
- Responsible for maximizing the value and utilization of the product family
- Owns all technical aspects of the product lifecycle in close partnership with the Business Product Manager
- Manages the interdependencies across product lines, looking for synergies and conflicts
- Co-create every step of a product roadmap: from ideation, to development through adoption and value realization in close partnership with the Business Product Owner
- Advocate for the business and customer strategy within the DDIT organization to steer Platform and Product investments, prioritization and decision making
- Identify and presents new technology trends, new technology capabilities and opportunities to senior business leaders within [Function] and identify potential business cases
- Owns the DDIT project portfolio within function and responsible for budget planning, reporting to stakeholders and delivering project portfolio and operations within allocated budget
- If this role is the most senior DDIT leader in a top market, this role will double-hat the DDIT Head for the market
