An exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team. As Therapy Area Partner, your roles will be Sales Representative, a leading driver of our customer interactions and sales performance. You are the face of our customer experience approach and build deep relationships that deliver value for customers and patients in order to drive sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Drive Competitive Sales Growth: Identify and prioritize high-potential HCPs and stakeholders through data analysis; deliver positive, customer-centric experiences to boost sales performance.
  • Engage and Build Relationships: Conduct value-based conversations, personalize engagement journeys, and foster long-term collaborations with HCPs and key influencers.
  • Develop Deep Customer Insights: Gather and share actionable insights, leverage data to adjust plans dynamically, and translate feedback into value-added actions.
  • Deliver Value to Customers and Patients: Collaborate cross-functionally to address unmet needs, act as a trusted partner, and create compliant, ethical solutions that enhance patient care.
  • Act with Integrity and Compliance: uphold Novartis Code of Ethics, report adverse events within 24 hours, and manage marketing sample distribution responsibly.

Minimum Requirement

  • Degree in a in Pharmacy
  • Minimum of 1 year experience Pharma Sales, with Hematology or Specialty Care a plus.
  • Arabic and English language speaker is fluent.
  • Position available in Riyadh and Jeddah.
  • Knowledge of pharma industry and its changing environment.
