About the Role
Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Executes risk and compliance processes and oversight, operational tasks, and/or business partnering with sub-functions
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
- Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
- Ensure a healthy and safe workplace by complying with Novartis HSE and ISEC standards, implementing measures, providing training and resources, supporting employee well-being, investigating incidents, and collaborating with HSE teams to maintain a safe environment while adhering to quality, ethical, health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Collaborate on internal AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards.
- Possess deep understanding of AI governance and compliance requirements, including:
- Governing AI models and lifecycle management.
- Compliance nuances for AI-based projects within regulated environments.
- Demonstrate ability to identify AI-specific risks, such as bias, hallucination, and inaccurate model outputs.
- Apply structured risk assessment approaches for AI projects, leveraging knowledge of Novartis AI initiatives and regulatory expectations. Drive integration of AI-driven automation into compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and reporting workflows.
