Summary
Contributes to pharmacovigilance process, metrics and operations activities in routine tasks and/or other PS&PV initiatives.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Contribute to the evaluation of PV regulations
- Support functional projects/use cases of simplification & automation contributing to ideation, prototype preparation & MVP delivery.
- Develop and maintain training materials and communications for Novartis group and third party associates.
- Work in collaboration with the functional stakeholder to produce reports, project documentation & project management activities.
- Preparing draft reports / presentations on assigned projects.

- Successful completion of assigned tasks
- Quality and timeliness of deliverables
Minimum Requirements:
Experience/Professional requirement:
- Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly pharmacovigilance
- Experience of working with project teams in a matrix environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational skills.
Languages :
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages desirable.
