Summary

Provides support to superiors in BPA as well as insightful and valuable analysis and decision support to Site Finance Lead and the management of the production unit (PU) or quality unit (QA) of a Making Medicine production site, Provides financial and administrative support to company organizations regarding BPA programs. Act in accordance with legislation, internal rules, good practices, and business objectives.

About the Role

Key Requirements:

  • Support direct manager and Site Finance Lead with the operational conversion of the BPA strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business.
  • Work with direct managers and Site Finance Lead to support financial activities (Budget, LO, weekly outlook, Strategic Planning, CAPEX planning, CAR preparation), decision making and general projects.
  • Provide analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided.
  • Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately supervised and measured and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners (PU Head, QA Head, Site management).
  • Ensure integrity of data provided by manufacturing teams, and provide valuable analysis; provide recommendations on improving forecast accuracy.
  • Support the improvement and streamlining of existing management reporting processes; support the definition and implementation of lean processes.
  • Coordinate Business Partnering with other areas of the business (FRA, Supply Chain and other functions) to support on time and accurate information gathering.
  • Support and improve case proposals and profitability tracking. Support Product costing by ensuring data are accurate and collected on time (e.g., routings, batch sizes, campaign sizes, yield losses etc.), calculating activity and overhead rates and aligning the calculating process with the Product costing team. Review TPC calculations, checking for correctness and explaining changes vs previous TPCs (reconciliation).
  • Responsibility for personal and professional development. Providing conditions for and control of the implementation of HSE tasks and requirements in the unit. Other tasks determined during the annual objectives setting process and by KPIs.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and ability to deep dive in processes and systems

  • Good organizational & communication skills, ability to work with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.


Desirable Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance/ Economics,

    Chartered Accountant, equivalent degree or MBA in Finance
  • At least 4 years' experience in finance & controlling.
  • At least 2 years' experience in managing global stakeholders.
