About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Customer satisfaction of service delivery and process specific KPIs in accordance with agreed SLAs
Cash flow and bad debt provision targets as defined by Divisions.
Number of business special processes standardized/deliver business benefits and productivity improvements as per target.
Stable services incl. those of outsourced operations, no control issues
Ensure implementation of the defined collection strategy and processes
Contact customers to solicit payments, always in respect of Novartis Values and Behaviors and priority agreed with O2C Collection Lead Perform.
Essential Requirements:
University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance
Financial experience, with good functional expertise
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national organization
SAP knowledge
Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
Operating knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, working experience with corporate bank teams
You’ll receive:
