About the Role
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain oversight and knowledge of the entire manufacturing process for assigned products across their lifecycle.
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technical/scientific process support and global MS&T interface.
- Create and maintain product-specific Quality Risk Assessments (QRAs).
- Monitor critical process variables using statistical analysis and ensure state of control.
- Define and implement validation strategies (process, cleaning, packaging) and support validation activities.
- Coordinate technical transfers and validation batches at the site.
- Review Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) and adapt control strategies as needed.
- Drive harmonization and optimization of technical processes across the site.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and validation principles.
- Ability to analyze data trends and apply statistical methods for process control.
- Skilled in risk management and Quality Risk Assessment.
- Experience in technology transfer and process optimization.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
- Effective collaboration across functions and global networks.
- Problem-solving mindset for complex technical challenges.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Fluent in English language

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 65.605,64/year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications, and individual competencies
