Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Manager Innovation Lab, Learning & Training Assets Delivery, MAVA to lead the design, development, and delivery of immersive training programs that accelerate adoption of XR solutions and next- generation experiences across the organization. In this role, you will empower associates and clients to confidently leverage AR/VR/XR, and emerging applications as essential tools that unlock productivity, engagement, and innovation.
As part of the US Innovation Lab (iLab), you will drive the integration of immersive technologies into real business workflows. You will partner with internal multi-functional teams and external technology vendors to create hand- s on training pathways, XR simulations, immersive demos, and learning experiences that build readiness at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about XR, adult learning, and enabling people to adopt breakthrough immersive solutions that transform how we work, learn, and collaborate. It is critical for this role to have a practical understanding of Generative AI, in-context prompting, and integration of AI capabilities into enterprise/business workflows. Experience with any of the following is preferred: MS Co-Pilot, AWS Bedrock, Gemini Studio). Previous exploration of in-context engineering, vibe-coding is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Immersive Training Development & XR Adoption Leadership
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training experiences that accelerate adoption of XR solutions—including AR/VR simulations, Metaverse‑-based learning, and spatial applications—for associates and client groups‑.
- Build and scale immersive learning programs that drive proficiency, confidence, and sustained usage of XR tools.
- Translate complex XR capabilities into intuitive, actionable learning content for rapid onboarding and continued skill development.
XR Learning Content Creation
- Develop immersive training assets such as VR modules, scenario-based‑ experiences, AR-enhanced tutorials, and spatial walkthroughs.
- Partner with internal teams and external XR development vendors to create standardized learning materials and immersive experience documentation.
- Build facilitator guides, quick-start manuals, and user playbooks for both self‑-paced and instructor‑-‑led XR training.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver compelling training sessions—virtual, in-person, and within immersive environments—to a wide range of learners, from early adopters to senior leaders and clients.
- Lead train-the‑-trainer programs that empower facilitators, project teams, and clients to independently deliver high‑-quality‑ XR training.
Change Management & Capability Enablement
- Drive awareness, readiness, and behavioral adoption of XR solutions across the enterprise by embedding training into launch plans and stakeholder engagements.
- Act as an organizational champion for immersive technologies, helping teams understand value, use cases, and integration opportunities.
Logistical Planning & Deployment of XR Solutions
- Lead logistical planning, setup, and deployment of XR hardware and software across a variety of environments—including classrooms, conference spaces, field locations, events, and client sites.
- Manage XR equipment inventory, device preparation, configuration, distribution, troubleshooting workflows, and onsite support during training sessions.
- Ensure smooth operational execution of XR learning experiences, from pre-event readiness through post‑-training‑ breakdown and device return.
Learning Curriculum, Measurement & Optimization
- Conduct learning needs analyses to define skills, behaviors, and proficiencies required for XR solution adoption.
- Measure training effectiveness using surveys, behavioral data, adoption metrics, and user feedback; refine learning programs accordingly.
- Stay current on XR learning trends, experience design, technical capabilities, and immersive instructional methodologies.
Program & Partner Management
- Manage multiple immersive learning development workstreams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with Innovation Lab objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts, stakeholders, vendors, and XR partners to support ongoing learning asset creation.
- Maintain a dynamic online learning hub/intranet presence to centralize content access and foster a culture of curiosity and exploration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in L&D, business, education, technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering adult learning programs, including immersive or XR-enhanced‑ training.
- Proven ability to develop training that drives adoption of emerging technologies (ideally AR/VR/XR or spatial applications).
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional frameworks, and blended/immersive curriculum development.
- Experience delivering live in-person and virtual training sessions, demos, and hands-on workshops.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to optimize‑ learning outcomes.
- Project management expertise and experience in innovation or start‑up environments.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Learning Management Systems.
Preferred Experience
- Experience planning, deploying, and supporting XR hardware and software in diverse settings such as classrooms, event spaces, field operations, client environments, and enterprise workplaces.
- Familiarity with XR device ecosystems (e.g., Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Apple Vision Pro), device management, and technical setup.
- Knowledge of XR content workflows, immersive experience design, or basic spatial computing concepts.
- Prior experience working with clients or external partners to deploy immersive training or experiential technology.
