The Novartis Health Equity Initiative is our commitment to tackling health disparities to help build a healthier and more inclusive Canada for everyone by funding innovative, community-led, non-profit projects.
Since the launch of the program in 2024, Novartis Canada has committed $1.45 million dollars to community‑led projects that tackle real‑world obstacles to care and improve health outcomes where needs are greatest.
