About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business value through secondary research and support primary CI activities.
- Monitor competitive developments using subscribed databases (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov, TrialTrove) in coordination with CI, Medical, Commercial, and other teams, ensuring adherence to CI communication and compliance standards.
- Track and report competitive intelligence within assigned therapy areas, contributing insights to clinical, commercial, and regulatory strategy discussions.
- Support pre-congress planning (e.g., abstract mining) and post-congress reporting activities.
- Review and summarize materials from primary CI vendors, distilling key takeaways and supporting CI advisors in delivering insights to brand and cross-functional teams.
- Develop strategic implications and communicating findings to internal teams; contribute to ad-hoc projects and internal meetings such as scenario planning, pipeline updates, and LCM planning.
- May mentor junior analysts and contribute to quality assurance of CI deliverables.

Essential Requirements:
- Education: PhD/Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy. Additional qualifications in business or healthcare analytics are a plus.
- Languages: Fluent spoken and written English essential.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Competitive Intelligence, Market Intelligence, Business Analysis, or related roles in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting sectors.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in preparing CI deliverables for internal meetings and brand strategy discussions
- Familiarity with therapy area dynamics, clinical trial design, and commercialization pathways
