The IT Site Business Partner for Technical Research and Development /Menges Slovenia drives and ensures that IT global and local (where applicable) new demand is captured from business and collaborates with other IT functions to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions. This role contributes to and communicates the TRD data and digital strategy and Digital labs strategy and supports the implementation of this strategy in the TRD site in Menges.
Additionally you will contribute to the Product Roadmap from ideation, to development through adoption and value realization.
The role supports the global roll out and Change management of Digital labs Projects at the Menges site & supports the business through change eg Build Biologics Better and is the site IT lead on such projects ensuring the requirements are gathered and demand created
Your Responsibilities:
1. Drive forward thinking and innovation within business w.r.to tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting mindset together with other IT functions
2. Accountable for TRD Data and Digital, and Digital labs Program, project & product delivery to the TRD Menges business
3. Partner with TRD Business to drive TRD Data and Digital Programs enabled by technology, co-own transformation outcomes.
4. Measure and drive business value of TRD Data and Digital Programs
5. Improve the 'ease of engagement' with IT for the TRD Menges business.
6. Key business partner for TRD Menges business continuity. Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions.
7. Articulates the TRD Menges business strategy and customer experience with global IT teams
8. Understands and contributes to the TRD Data and Digital, TRD Digital labs strategic vision and roadmap.

Role Requirements
What you will bring to the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sc. or IT or Scientific related field or technical discipline and/or relevant experience
• Awareness of Lean/ 6 Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methodology
• Minimal project management and change management experience
• Fluency in English
• Min. 8 years of experience in working in the Pharma or IT global Industry & 6 years of experience in the Lab IT domain
• Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment.
• Collaborating across boundaries Influencing without authority
• Interactions with senior management Leveraging digital technology / big data Multi-national global experience
