About the Role

Location: Baarle-Nassau, Netherlands.

We are seeking a Logistics Assistant (m/f/d ) to help us ensure that orders are taken in, processed, and carried out with precision to make sure the delivery of the products are on time, while also taking care of the procurement of inventory items and consumables.

This role will work directly with the Supply Chain Team and reports to the Isotope Supply Chain Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the end to end procurement within the site, as well as the inventory management.
• Represent the point of contact for follow-up on time delivery dates & escalating changes related to supply.
• Manage the shipments ensuring that product is shipped on time, and comply to DGR and IATA rules.
• Manages and handles the inbound/outbound of materials/products.
• Convert the orders into data suitable for the production of the products ordered.
• Ensuring the driver or transport company is fully informed about the shipments, and also arrange all needs of transport to get the products to the client on time.
• Create and check transportation documents, being responsible for organizing and follow up of logistic flows.
• Making sure all logistics operations comply to DGR and IATA standards, as well as ensure GMP related activities will be performed as per compliance procedures.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics or similar.
• First experience in logistics.
• Shows the appropriate sense of urgency around given tasks.
• Dutch & English proficiency.


We offer a 6 months temporary contract with the possibility of transforming it into a permanent employment.
