As an AS&T Specialist, you will combine scientific expertise with project coordination to support analytical method lifecycle activities, analytical transfers, validation programs, and equipment management. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead and coordinate analytical transfer projects, review analytical raw data, develop validation and qualification documentation, contribute to the implementation of new analytical technologies, and ensure robust scientific and technical support across the product lifecycle. About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate analytical method transfer projects to ensure successful implementation and timely delivery.
- Develop, review, and maintain validation and qualification documentation, including protocols, reports, and supporting records.
- Provide scientific support for product and process validation activities across the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Perform statistical evaluation and interpretation of analytical data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Review analytical raw data and technical documentation to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Coordinate analytical equipment qualification, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support the implementation, optimization, and validation of new analytical methods, technologies, and laboratory practices.
- Prepare technical reports, communicate project outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve analytical challenges.
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an analytical laboratory environment within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry.
- Experience performing analytical testing, data evaluation, and interpretation of laboratory results.
- Working knowledge of analytical techniques, laboratory equipment, and Good Manufacturing Practice-regulated environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with validation activities, qualification programs, or analytical method validation processes.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and digital solutions for data analysis and scientific workflows.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role:
- RON 84.560,00 to RON 157.040,00
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
