As a Process Expert, you will be the key link between production, quality, and engineering—solving complex challenges, managing deviations, and ensuring operations run smoothly across a 24/7 manufacturing setup.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical support to resolve process issues and ensure uninterrupted production
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for assigned product and manufacturing processes
- Ensure on-time execution of production activities in line with good manufacturing practice, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate production operations and manage deviations, CAPAs, and release-related activities
- Develop and maintain optimized production schedules based on material and capacity availability
- Design and manage electronic batch records, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve complex manufacturing challenges
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, biotechnology, or another scientific field
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or production environment (3 years preferred)
- Hands-on experience with cell culture processes
- Good knowledge of good practice standards and deviation handling processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel priorities
- Strong learning agility, curiosity, and proactive mindset
- Fluent in French and English
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing
