About the Role
~ グローバルカテゴリ戦略をローカルレベルで実施するか、責任範囲の調達ビジネスプランを実施する。は、サイト レベルでグローバル カテゴリ戦略を直接展開します。
~ サブカテゴリのソーシング計画の実施を監督し、ターゲット設定プロセスに関与した後にサブカテゴリ貯蓄目標を提供します。
~ 全体的なカテゴリのセグメンテーションと主要なサプライヤー関係の識別に入力を提供するか、ローカルベースでサプライヤーの選択、タイミングおよび商業条件に関して購入を直接制御する可能性があります(支出が制御される方法に応じて部門によって異なる場合があります)。
~ 戦略的サブカテゴリーのサプライヤー関係を管理し、サブカテゴリーに対して一貫した主要業績評価指標を実装し、サプライヤーの業績を報告します。
~ 部門、国、サイト、カテゴリ チーム、およびビジネス パートナーからサプライヤー情報とフィードバックを収集し、関連するサブカテゴリの調達バランス スコアカードの指標を提供します。
~ サブカテゴリの主要な契約を作成、適用、完了、およびレビューし、交渉された契約がサブカテゴリ領域に対して明確に伝達され、それらが一貫して適用されていることを確認します[Cross]。
