Summary
About the Role
- Understand advances in the brand and therapeutic area (drug indication, lifecycle stages, etc.) and various pharma data sources (such as sales, market, promotions, social media, ...) for enhancing the analytical solution
- Analyze data (internal, external data) to provide statistics/ analysis to support franchises in decision-making, brand strategy and opportunity identification Analyze data to support relevant teams in customer segmentation and targeting, Field force structure optimization, Incentive, Target setting…
- Build and enhance all regular reports to ensure effectiveness of performance tracking
- QTQ/OCE dashboard: Detailed analysis on field force activity performance including coaching days, days in field, targeted call rate and productive frequency by tiers
- Sales reports: Evaluate, track and monitor the sales performance by product and by sales teams at territory or national level with the ability to drill down from territory to account level (by time period) are sales vs. budget, market share gain, growth, market share evolution, competitor analysis, patient-type information ..

Essential Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the same leve (Executive/ Manager) in pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment
- Proficiency in Windows based applications specially in MS Excel (Intermediate to Advance) and MS Access or other data management software
- Business partnering and influencing
