Business Solutions International (BSI) is an established team within International Commercial Launch Strategy (CLS) with the objective of providing gold standard business solutions to drive excellence in delivery and innovation across the division. The Consulting and Program Management team within BSI works across International to support and enable delivery of the highest priority programs.
As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our key transformational programs to empower the International Business Unit to achieve commercial and operational excellence. This role is central to the delivery of the Customer Engagement of the Future program (CEFUT) - a strategic initiative to replace the organisation's core CRM system. Working cross functionally, the candidate will drive resolution of complex business challenges and ensure the program delivers tangible, organisation-wide impact.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in delivering large global programs and initiatives, preferably in a commercial and pharma setting. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact at scale, across the International Business Unit.

About the Role
Key responsibilities
- Scope, design, and structure priority programs, translating business needs into clear plans, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate cross functional and cross market teams to deliver strategic initiatives through robust execution
- Define and embed program governance, including leadership forums, workstream reviews, decision making criteria, calendar & agenda setting, pre-read preparation and tracking follow-up actions.
- Maintain the Integrated Master Plan, ensuring visibility on milestones, dependencies, release timelines, and rollout activities.
- Manage RAID and risk frameworks, drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, and ensure effective dependency management across teams.
- Track market readiness and rollout progress including all key checkpoints including testing, data migration and deployment preparation in collaboration with program leads and change and communication leads.
- Provide high quality reporting and insights through dashboards, KPIs, and status updates for leadership.
Other responsibilities
- Support team building capabilities initiatives including greater depth of functional / commercial topics and our core capabilities (covering Consulting, Program Management and Learning) with focus on strengthening our PMO capabilities, enhancing templates, tools, workflows, and best practices across the organization.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and role model structured ways of working, collaboration, and BSI’s “One Team, Shared Impact” and culture.
Essential requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting large, complex programs end-to-end, ideally in a consulting, transformation or cross-market environment, preferably with a focus on commercial and / or pharma industry experience.
- Strong program and PMO skillset including planning, RAID management, reporting, governance, and structured delivery in all types of environments (waterfall, agile or hybrid) mostly with virtual teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe delivery environments and business squad -> product -> IT delivery models.
- Proficiency in PMO tools
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse functions and manage senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in science, engineering, business administration or economics
Desirable requirements:
- Exposure to multi-market rollout programs or enterprise governance frameworks
- Certifications or further qualifications in Program / Project Management, Agile, and/or Product Management
