About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high‑quality, peer‑to‑peer scientific exchange with Medical Experts, leveraging strong medical expertise to support accurate, balanced, and evidence‑based interpretation of clinical data and disease‑area science.
  • Organize and lead educational and scientific events such as seminars, webinars, symposia and others educational events.
  • Apply principles of implementation science and real‑world data to help bridge gaps between clinical evidence and everyday clinical practice.
  • Handle and provide high‑quality, evidence‑based responses to medical and scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals.
  • Develop the medical communication strategy to ensure aligned, accurate, and timely scientific messaging across stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of Medical Affairs strategies by bringing forward field insights, scientific expertise, and an in‑depth understanding of therapeutic‑area needs.
  • Provide expert medical and scientific guidance to internal cross-functional team (e.g., Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance).
  • Provide scientific training, onboarding, and ongoing education for internal teams to ensure consistent, evidence‑based communication across the organization.

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree in Medicine (MD) or Mgr./PharmD/PhD in Health Care Sciences.
  • Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak language.
  • Driving license B.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific and clinical data.
  • Understanding of implementation science and its clinical application.
  • Strong interest in evidence‑based medicine, clinical research, and the therapeutic area.
  • Ability to critically evaluate scientific literature and generate insights.
  • Team orientation and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
