About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high‑quality, peer‑to‑peer scientific exchange with Medical Experts, leveraging strong medical expertise to support accurate, balanced, and evidence‑based interpretation of clinical data and disease‑area science.
- Organize and lead educational and scientific events such as seminars, webinars, symposia and others educational events.
- Apply principles of implementation science and real‑world data to help bridge gaps between clinical evidence and everyday clinical practice.
- Handle and provide high‑quality, evidence‑based responses to medical and scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals.
- Develop the medical communication strategy to ensure aligned, accurate, and timely scientific messaging across stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of Medical Affairs strategies by bringing forward field insights, scientific expertise, and an in‑depth understanding of therapeutic‑area needs.
- Provide expert medical and scientific guidance to internal cross-functional team (e.g., Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance).
- Provide scientific training, onboarding, and ongoing education for internal teams to ensure consistent, evidence‑based communication across the organization.
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in Medicine (MD) or Mgr./PharmD/PhD in Health Care Sciences.
- Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak language.
- Driving license B.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific and clinical data.
- Understanding of implementation science and its clinical application.
- Strong interest in evidence‑based medicine, clinical research, and the therapeutic area.
- Ability to critically evaluate scientific literature and generate insights.
- Team orientation and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
