About the Role
Key Responsibilities：
- Lead the Franchise MA team, develop the Franchise Medical Strategy and executes it through and operational Medical Plan. Coach and develop team members as well as represent Medical in country Franchise cross-functional collaboration within the country and Global Teams.
- Strategically influence and collaborate with senior leaders of different functions and other external relevant partners to support the Medical Product plans, clinical development, scientific communications and medical expert engagement plans
- Provide coaching and talent development opportunities to direct reports and managing performance reviews
- Drive and role model the culture and values and behaviors of the company across their teams
- Maintain and drive the standards of medical and scientific excellence in the country Franchise through recruitment, training development and technical development of associates.
Essential Requirements:
- MD, PharmD., pharmacist, PhD, Master above degree in medical or other life sciences
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Medical Science and Disease Area Knowledge
