About the Role
Major accountabilities:
Strategic Solution Leadership
• Lead the development of a portfolio of products for insights and analytics for P&O and the enterprise, focused on people insights and analytics,
• Stay up-to-date with market trends in P&O data analytics, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovative and critical initiatives. Build an extensive external network with other companies and vendors and use external insights as input to the product roadmap.
• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of insights products in partnership with PTDI partners and customers,
• Manage insights partner coordination and alignment with CoEs to achieve common objectives,
• Leverage data to drive strategic insights and recommendations that enable business decisions,
• Own and manage the portfolio of P&O-related data and analytics products to ensure they meet high-quality standards,
• Ensure all Insights & Analytics products are managed in accordance with enterprise data governance standards and regulatory requirements in collaboration with the Data Lead, while taking thoughtful risks to meet customer needs..
Collaboration and Alignment
• Manage and prioritize cross-functional teams and customers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and delivery managers to ensure alignment across all solution development efforts.
• Work collaboratively with the EDM community, Customer Partners, CoEs and the Head People Data Quality & Governance..
• Ensure solutions are aligned with budget coordinated by the Investment Board and meet customer needs as well as align with the enterprise & P&O's strategic goals.
Lead successful teams to achieve superior results in a motivating work environment
• Create an inspiring purpose and direction of the team connected to impact of P&O on the Organization, our business and P&O strategy
Set goals, actively coach, and conduct performance discussions with direct reports with feedback from GPOs or other partners
• Provide development opportunities within the team, from other areas into this Organization and to move into roles outside of this team
• Identify and resolve resource issues
• Build strong functional capabilities within own team and for the wider enterprise in collaboration with the Director Value Creation, PTDI.

Key Requirements:
• Master degree or equivalent experience in Business (MBA) or Informational Studies. Doctoral in Statistics or Data sciences;
• Demonstrated ability in People Analytics, Technology or broader P&O Transformational environment
• P&O experience, preferably in different type of P&O roles
• Consistent track record of P&O leadership and management
• Experience at both global/ corporate environment and in-country
• Track record of success in leading in a matrix environment. Confirmed ability to lead and coach people
• Ability to handle large scale programs
• Strong curiosity and ability to drive innovation
• Strong interpersonal skills for bridging P&O technical and business customers
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
