Country Leadership Team

Jérôme has over 18 years of experience at Novartis, alongside an outstanding track record across the entire value chain—including research and development, medical affairs, marketing, sales, and strategy. Throughout his career, Jérôme has made great contributions in late-stage clinical development, commercial product launches, strategic implementation, and team building, consistently achieving impactful results for patients. Jérôme holds a PharmD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Master’s degree specializing in Drug Development and Regulatory Affairs.

Bilal joined the NOCC Prague Leadership Team in 2019 and has played a pivotal role in NOCC Prague operations. He began his career at Novartis in 2010 in Pakistan and has assumed various roles of increasing responsibility, including FSC Head Indonesia and R2R Transition Lead for the FRA Asia transition into KL NOCC. Subsequently, he was PMO Lead for FRA transitions to NOCC Prague from Region Europe. Since the beginning of 2022, in addition to his role as NOCC Prague Head of Finance, Bilal acted as ad interim NOCC Dublin Head of Finance, a role which he will step out of by the end the year 2022.

Kateřina joined Novartis in 2020. As a communications director she handles all aspects of internal and external communication, marketing and publicity for a company. Katerina´s role is also the spokesperson of our company. She brought to her position rich experience with marketing and communication from leading Czech publishing houses and multinational retail.
