About the Role
Key Accountabilities:

- Structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems, translating insights into clear recommendations and actionable plans.

- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative analyses, including internal metrics, process data, and external benchmarks, into strategic outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, enabling strong collaboration, impact, and organizational adoption of solutions.
- Elevate operational performance by improving operating models, simplifying processes, and enabling data and technology solutions while ensuring compliance.
- Communicate complex topics clearly and effectively through high quality‑quality verbal and written communication tailored to diverse audiences.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Fluent English
- 8–10 years’ experience in pharma, life sciences, drug development, or CRO environments, with strong understanding of R&D and matrix organizations
- Proven program/project management expertise
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills, with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity‑solving, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities, including experience presenting to senior leadership‑influencing abilities.
- High level of self-motivation, ownership, collaboration, and willingness to travel as needed‑motivation, ownership, collaboration.
