Key Accountabilities:

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Fluent English
• 8–10 years’ experience in pharma, life sciences, drug development, or CRO environments, with strong understanding of R&D and matrix organizations
• Proven program/project management expertise
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills, with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity‑solving, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities, including experience presenting to senior leadership‑influencing abilities.
• High level of self-motivation, ownership, collaboration, and willingness to travel as needed‑motivation, ownership, collaboration.
