About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of data management, data & analytics tools and platforms and product operations. The candidate should foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Lead and manage the data integration team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide strategic guidance across data integration initiatives, helping shape decisions on integration design, feasibility, and prioritization across the enterprise
- Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop integration plan and roadmap.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices and data governance policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and recommend improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- 12–15 years of experience leading enterprise-scale data integration or data engineering programs, with strong expertise in complex data ecosystems and cross‑platform integrations.
- Strong knowledge of data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, API, middleware).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Desired Skills
- 12-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management in a healthcare setting.
- 5+ years of people management experience. Proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making at a senior leadership level, including addressing complex business challenges.
