About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve global standards, policies, and systems for PSP, MRP, and IC activities.
- Ensure accurate and consistent implementation of governance requirements across countries and global functions.
- Provide central governance and oversight for assigned processes, tools, and services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cross‑functional projects that enhance global processes.
- Support the development and delivery of training that strengthens quality, compliance, and collaboration.
- Identify compliance and quality risks and implement effective mitigation mechanisms.
- Promote change management and support a culture focused on ethics, compliance, and patient centricity.
- Maintain strong internal controls, oversee audit outcomes, and support country self‑assessment activities.
- Provide expert guidance on POP processes and systems to enhance transparency and understanding across the enterprise.
- Support global audit and inspection readiness, including corrective and preventive action planning where required.
Essential for the role:
- Master’s degree in a scientific discipline; a medical or pharmacy doctorate is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in clinical, public health, or pharmaceutical environments such as medical affairs, patient services, drug development, patient safety, quality, or compliance.
- Strong technical understanding of governance, compliance, and quality‑related processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within global, matrixed teams.
- High learning agility with the ability to navigate complexity and diverse stakeholder needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across different audiences.
- Experience improving business processes to enhance quality, compliance, and operational simplicity.
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable for the role:
- Experience contributing to audits, inspections, or enterprise governance frameworks.
- Awareness of industry trends and external best practices related to patient support and governance.
