About the Role
• プライオリティ疾患領域において、ペーシェントジャーニー上のペインポイント（課題）を改善するためのソリューション開発の設計・提供。
• 患者さんが適切な診断を受けられるための環境整備等、治療フロー最適化のためのソリューションの特定及び開発。
• ブランド戦略も考慮し、ブランドチームを含むクロスファンクションのチームで、Digital Solutionに限らず、最も適切なチャネル・手法を用いてこれを実現する。
代表的なタスク例
o 患者さんに最善の治療体験・サポートを提供するための患者サポートプログラムの提供と管理
o 疾患啓発、疾患教育を通じた患者のActivation
o 希少疾患などの診断に課題がある領域において、早期診断を促すための施策立案
• 上記目的を遂行するため、以下が求めらる
o 人間中心のデザイン思考の適用
o 最適なソリューション提供のためのアライアンスパートナーの特定、パートナリングスキームの設計
o グローバル Patient Solutionチームとの協業
